Topdawg Health Guarantee      All deposits are non-refundable and will hold the puppy until it is of shipping age, usually 10-12 weeks. The deposit amount on any pup is $300.00. Puppies held with a deposit must be paid in full one week prior to shipping. Payments are to be made via cashiers check, bank wire, and postal money order.     Each puppy comes with a health guarantee, is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of the sale. The puppy will have at least one puppy shot and be wormed regularly before being released to the new owner.     Validation of this guarantee requires examination of puppy by veterinary within 72 hours after taking delivery This examination is mandatory to confirm that the puppy was not sick or injured at the time of delivery. The guarantee against transmittable diseases is valid for a period of 7 days starting on the day of delivery since the normal incubation period for transmissable diseases is 5-7 days.         The breeder guarantees the puppy until 1 year of age against any life threatening congenital or hereditary defects. If the puppy has a life threatening congenital or hereditary defect, it will be replaced with the first avaialable pup of equal value from breeders stock . The original pup must be returned (at owner's expense) before a new puppy can be delivered. The original puppy/dog must carry the name of Topdawg at the beginning of the registered name, have microchip number consistant with Topdawg Kennel record's and must not have been bred for puppy replacement. New owner is responsible for any shipping fees of replacement puppy/dog.     In the event of death, a licensed veterinarian must perform an autopsy to determine exact cause of death at owner's expense. The report must be sent to Topdawg's veterinarian for review. The breeder is not responsible for hypoglycemia or other treatable conditions.         The health guarantee only covers replacement for puppy. No monetary transfers will be issued for veterinary bills, shipping etc. Treatable conditions, such as low blood sugar conditions and other non-life threatening conditions are not covered or offered replacement. Small breeds of dogs are much more susceptible to minor non-life threatening conditions and they can almost certainly be treated. The guarantee does not cover conditions that are correctable by veterinarian treatment or conditons that are not life threatening. We do not guarantee size, weight, color or temperament, although we make every effort possible to provide each customer with the a super healthy animal that grows to become the size and weight the customer has so desired.     This guarantee is also null and void if the pup as been bred or transfered to a third party.
